Contents
Students will learn essential principles in leadership theory and build a necessary understanding about change dynamics in the context of demands for organisational renewal. Human resource management is (HRM) in media companies is an important element, and emphasis is especially focused on building, developing and renewing value networks (partnerships, alliances, etc).
