Learning outcomes

To give students knowledge and understanding of the legal framework of the business in different countries and internationally.

Contents

Various branches of law, e.g. contracts, torts, property, companies, competition and taxes. Initiation into international governmental organizations like WTO and IMF. The basic knowledge on EU law.
