General description

Course deals with research in knowledge management.

Learning outcomes

After completing the course a student is expected to be able to:

-be familiar with the basic concepts and research topics in the area of organizational learning and knowledge management
-master the key research areas and trends in knowledge management
-know the key ideas and principles of knowledge management in practice and can analyze them from the viewpoint of supporting organizational work practices
-be familiar with core theories in knowledge management research

Contents

Knowledge management theories and practice, organizational learning theories, knowledge sharing, supporting collaborative work in organizations. Different types of knowledge.
