Learning outcomes

Students will learn contemporary theories useful for management work with specific emphasis on developing media products and services; including project management, knowledge management, customer relationship management and creative organisation.

Contents

After completing the course the student will understand:

• Content and development from a customer-centred perspective
• Project management process and characteristic challenges
• Diversity and strategic thinking in the context of creative organisation
• Applied case example of KM and CRM principles

Lectures (21 hours), readings and essay examination.

Evaluation and evaluation criteria

Numeric 1-5.
Class attendance and lectures (3 ECTS) and essay examination (2 ECTS).
