A seminar supporting the master's thesis writing process.

Learning outcomes

To become familiar with research process and to produce an academic thesis based on academic argumentation and presentation. The goal is for students to finish their theses during the seminar.

Contents

The seminar supports and guides students in revising the research plan produced in Orientation to Thesis Seminar into a finished research work. The work methods include writing, commenting and discourse.

Teaching methods

The thesis seminar lasts for four periods, out of which at least two are reserved for contact classes. For the rest of the periods, students prepare their theses under guidance but independently, for example through essays on theory and methods.
