Learning outcomes

After completing the module the student will have the knowledge and skills to complete her or his own Master’s thesis and to estimate those written by the other students. In the seminar group the student will get familiar with the writing of academic texts and with the drafting of the different parts of her or his Master’s thesis. She or he will also participate in commenting the Master’s thesis manuscripts of others and estimating them in the scientific community. If the data of the Master’s thesis is compiled of the student’s own work – such as a photography exhibition – she or he can work on this also in the seminar. In this case too the starting point will be on scientific reflection.
