Learning outcomes

Upon successful completion of the course unit, the student will have a thorough understanding of a specific area within translation studies or multilingual communication. The student will be able to independently apply their knowledge in practical work or research.

Contents

The course unit contents, instructor, and teaching methods vary each year. The course unit explores translating specialised subjects, such as law and administration, technology, business, or science.
The course unit may also include translation projects or other projects and authentic assignments within the fields of lexicography, terminology, corpus-based research, or localisation.
