Learning outcomes

Students recognise their own strengths in interaction and determine the skills which they wish to improve. Students understand the phenomena of interaction and know through practice, which specific skills are needed in client work, group work and acting as a mentor and a leader.

Teaching methods

Lectures and exercises 36h. Students keep a learning journal during the entire course. Based on the learning journal, students write a summarising text on their learning processes, which is evaluated.

Numeric 1-5.
