Learning outcomes

After the course the students will command the conventions of good academic writing in Russian and can produce coherent academic texts in Russian. They can critically evaluate research in their field of study.

Contents

The key elements in composing academic texts in Russian: conventions of academic writing, textual patterns, evaluation criteria, referencing, paraphrasing, referring to sources.
