Preceding studies
A successful completion of the basic studies language and literature courses is a prerequisite for taking this module.

Learning outcomes

To improve and deepen students' knowledge of the topic of their thesis.

Contents

Students produce a scientific presentation (15-20 pages), which is a longer and a more comprehensive version of their proseminar presentation. Topics are related to Russian literature, literature or culture. Students also take a separate maturity test related to the thesis, showing their familiarity with the subject of their thesis and demonstrating good command of the Finnish language.
