Learning outcomes

The objective is to give the course participants an understanding of the potential role of development cooperation in relation to the efforts of developing countries to solve their educational problems, and of the practical issues of planning, implementing and evaluating development cooperation activities.

Contents

The course analyzes the present conditions of education in developing countries and the role of development cooperation in improving these conditions. Attention is given to
multilateral and bilateral cooperation as well as to activities of non-governmental organizations.
