Learning outcomes

To give students a general picture of technical communication. To train students to evaluate and produce user-friendly documentation in Finnish.

Contents

Technical communication as a profession and a discipline, target group analysis, legislation, analysing and producing technical documents in Finnish. Emphasis on manuals and user's guides.
