Learning outcomes
After the course, the student can:
- apply skills from the courses of the curriculum to a selected set of real-life bioinformatics problems.
- independently learn the use of bioinformatics methods in new applications.
Contents
This course consists of independent data analysis in four assigned projects. Projects are on topics that deepen and complement what is covered on other courses of the curriculum.
