Learning outcomes

During this course participants learn to review performance measurement from the social responsibility viewpoint. During the course students are encouraged to make small presentations, discuss their opinions, and to do group work.

Contents

The course focuses on performance measurement from the viewpoint of sustainability and corporate social responsibility, emphasizing its social and economic dimensions. The general focus of this course is on indicators and tools used for performance measurement and especially on indicators that support sustainable organizational practices and social responsibility towards personnel.
