Compulsory course for the students of the Master's program in Vocational Education and optional course in Multicultural Study Programme in Education.
Learning outcomes
The aim of the course is that students will - familiarize with changes and challenges of trans- nationalization and globalization for practices, policies and conceptions of occupation and education - learn to analyze agency and ownership in transforming pedagogical practices, policy making and conceptualizations of occupation and education - engage in trans-national research discussion on transformation and future of occupations and education
Contents
In-depth studies on cases on vocational/adult education practice, integrated to desk studies and lectures and intensive seminars f-t-f and in a web-learning environment including critical contextualization and pedagogical problematization of contemporary developments, and searching for sustainable planetary alternatives.
