The course is intended for graduate students doing implementation oriented research. The course helps in learning research skills while doing research. It is intended for students already involved in research and is implemented as individual planning, reflection, and reporting. The number of credit points awarded depends on the breadth of the research project.

After the course a student can better manage implementation oriented sub-projects in the HCI research context and focus on problems that are crucial regarding the research questions under investigation.
