Tutkielmaan liittyy kypsyysnäyte, joka osoittaa perehtyneisyyttä tutkielman aihepiiriin. Kypsyysnäytteessä ei tarvitse osoittaa suomen tai ruotsin kielen taitoa, jos kielitaito on jo osoitettu alempaa korkeakoulututkintoa varten annetussa kypsyysnäytteessä.
