To lean to critically assess the cross-cultural applicability of concepts familiar from political theory and International Relations theory with a special focus on the Russian and Finnish contexts.
Contents
Analysis of the main concepts of Russian and Finnish politics from the perspective of conceptual history (e.g. state, people, civil society, nation, party.) The role of concepts as carriers of historical and cultural package.
