Seminar I maps out previous research and other literature related to the research topic, with an emphasis on the theory, methods and research processes of the previous research. The aim is to set up a research problem for students' own Master's theses and tentatively consider suitable theories, material and methods in light of the previous research. This stage of planning provides a general picture of the research and planning process lasting for the entire research project.
