After completing the course, students will be able to describe the central scholars that have influenced the field of technical communication and to compare different theoretical viewpoints.
Contents
The course will give an overview of central theoretical viewspoints in technical communication, such as rhetoric, ethics, power issues as well as topics in research methods and pedagogical trends.
