General description
The aim of this course is to introduce the implication of leadership and management in schools. This course will provide students in understanding the practices of leadership and management reflected to the research based study that allows the students to understand leadership in perspective to multi dimensional practice. In this course, some leadership styles and practices that were evolved from the empirical study will be discussed.
Requirements for course completion: Essay in English/Learning diaries,
Oral presentation, Lectures and discussion
