After completion of this course, the student is expected to be able to
- understand the procedure to write a MSc thesis;
- express and discuss research questions in software development;
- formulate a topic for the MSc thesis and plan an independent MSc thesis project;
- analyze relevant research and evaluate research methods; and
- present and demonstrate the research progress in different phases of the thesis project.

The seminar will concentrate on the MSc. thesis work. It is suitable for students who are in/approaching to the MSc thesis writing procedure. It is recommended to the students in their 2nd year of MSc degree studies.

Course related material will be uploaded and maintained in Moodle.
