Learning outcomes
After the course, the student can:
- write simple, practical programs in the Python programming language.
- explain basic data structures and select and adapt a suitable data structure for use in a particular problem.
- explain how common algorithms are used in bioinformatics work.
- adapt and implement simple bioinformatics algorithms in selected cases.
