The course focuses on performance measurement from the viewpoint of sustainability and corporate social responsibility, emphasizing its social and economic dimensions. The general focus of this course is on indicators and tools used for performance measurement and especially on indicators that support sustainable organizational practices and social responsibility towards personnel.

Completion of the course requires active participation (80 % mandatory) in lectures and individual and group exercises, as well as analytical studying of the supplementary reading material and writing a learning diary/final essay in due time.
