Learning outcomes

Master's Thesis Seminar
During the seminar student can
- define an argumented research theme and elaborate logical question setting, that problematizes the topic
- outline a relevant research plan, find relevant literature and research material

Master's Thesis
To write and submit a master’s thesis, which shows that the student has the ability of:
- independent information retrieval
- analysis and criticism of data
- independent production and application of information

General description

1. Introduction (Marko Lehti): Monday 14.9. at 12-14. Place: Linna5101

2. Lectures & excersices (Bruno Lefort): Mondays 26.10., 2.11., 9.11. and 16.11. at 10-12. Place Linna 5101

3. Students presentations (Samu Pehkonen): Tuesdays 10.11., 17.11., 24.11., 1.12., 8.12., 15.12. at 10-12. Place: Linna 5101.

Seminar sessions for the spring term: 11.1. onwards on Mondays at 10-12 in Linna 5101.
