Action research is a cyclical process in which thinking and doing and thinking creates immediate change. The course examines the present conditions of education in developing countries, the role of these countries´ governments and non-governmental actors in identifying and analyzing problems and devising solutions to the problems, and the potential role of development cooperation in this context.
