The course consists of participation with a team of five students in Championship on Business Management 2009. Team has to make various strategic and operational decisions in the areas of production, human resources, marketing, and financial management. The best team in Finland will compete in the International Final of Global Management Challenge 2010.

International students in the MBC programme who have Management and Organization as their major subject will take the whole course and receive 10 ECTS. Finnish MBC students who have Management and Organization as their major subject can choose the 10 ECTS option or the 4 ECTS option.
