The School of Information Sciences will arrange on Wed 26 August 2015 (afternoon) an information session for the new students in the Master's degree programmes in Computational Big Data Analytics, Human-Technology Interaction, Game and Internet Studies, and Software Development.

The session is compulsory for the new degree students in the Master programmes given above.

Programme-specific info sessions may be arranged on other dates too during the Orientation week and the following week.

This module (54 hours) is online apart from individual teacher-student tutorials for discussion of the submitted thesis extract. The work consists of readings, group analysis tasks and thesis writing work. Students should take the module after their research proposal has been accepted by their programme and they are about to embark upon the writing of their thesis.
