The thematic module introduces the student to understanding accessibility in AR and VR. Emerging technologies such as AR and VR are essential mediums for future information. Accessible interaction and design for these mediums will come from careful and deliberate design choices that increase comfort, presence, engagement, and immersion. Lectures focus briefly on four parts: 1) environment and devices, 2) content and experiences, 3) opportunities and examples, and 4) designing.
