  • Understanding and getting to know the needs and pain points of day-to-day life in health care.
  • Understanding of the basic processes of health technology and life science product development and basic principles in areas such as: design thinking, product-market fit, IPR and regulatory issues, proof-of-concept and proof-of-value, clinical trials, project and process management.
  • Understanding of project management, team management, team building, pitching and presenting the solutions

  • Learning to take initiative, asking questions and digging into the root cause of problems.
  • Learning and understanding the importance on customer/end-user engagement and value production.
