Designing of a small scale power electronic device and dimensioning of its passive components.
Control system simulation and selecting the control parameters.
Designing, implementing and testing of the main and measurement circuits.
Implementing and testing of a DSP-based control system.
Documenting the design, dimensioning, implementation and testing of a power electronic device.

Completion option 1

Approved laboratory exercises and a final report that are done in groups and a final quiz. The final quiz consists of 10 multiple-choice questions. The purpose of the quiz is to control that everyone in the groups has taken part in the design process.
