Core content
  • unit processes and operations of the production processes of energy carriers in terms of mathematical sizing bases / / energiankantajien tuotantoprosessien yksikköprosessit ja -operaatiot matemaattisten mitoitusperusteiden kannalta

  • unit processes studied in the course are: catalytic processes, chemical synthesis (e.g. synthetic fuels), fermentation, gasification, pyrolysis and separation processes such as distillation / kurssilla tarkasteltavia yksikköprosesseja ovat: katalyyttiset prosessit, kemiallinen synteesi (esim. synteettiset polttoaineet), fermentointi, kaasutus, pyrolyysi sekä erotusprosessit kuten tislaus

  • the most common mathematical correlations related to sizing and reactor dimensioning models, as well as scale-up from the laboratory to the commercial production process / mitoitukseen liittyvät yleisimmät matemaattiset korrelaatiot ja reaktorien mitoitusmallit sekä scale-up laboratoriosta kaupalliseen tuotantoprosessiin

  • studying mathematical models in practice in calculation exercises. The field's scientific research is introduced in the form of project work / mallien harjoittelu käytännössä laskuharjoituksissa. Alan tieteelliseen tutkimukseen tutustutaan harjoitustyön muodossa.
