I have comprehensive experience from early stage technology business. I have worked with startup new business development, market entry operations. Earlier in my career I have worked also in software development.  

Today, my working hours in Tampere Univerisity are filled with three things:  

• coaching and support for deeptech business development in R2B commercialization in all phases of the project, from preparing applications till completing tech transfer to the spin-off company
• Intellectual properties from research. In practice I review and analyse the Invention disclousures made to Tampere University. After that I'm preparing the utilization plans with the research and support in the patenting process.
• Support in Business Finland funding instruments such as Co-creation & co-innovation.  

Outside the university I have to side husles. Forwardio is my own one man consultation company. Forwardio 's mission is to help growth companies entering international markets. I have been working with Keho Interactive, a company we established 2016. Keho Interactive produces novel solutions for live broadcasting and streaming " we combine the real and virtual worlds". 

I am a Certified Board Member (HHJ). I'm open to a one or two startup board positions.
