After completing the programme the students will be able to work in various business development responsibilities in global B2B networks.

- The students are able to apply key tools and concepts used for business development in global context and are able to use that knowledge to learn new concepts and tools when needed, with the special emphasis on concepts and tools needed when working in the customer-supplier interface.

- The students are able to gather, classify, interpret and apply information systematically yet critically in creative ways.

- The students are able to recognize problems, structure them in a systematic, easy-to-understand ways, analyze the problems to propose solutions and communicate the problems and solutions fluently to various stakeholder groups.

- The students understand how to develop organizations coherently taking into account technological, financial and human aspects.

- The students are able to raise the right questions and develop managerial solutions thinking out of the box taking also into account elements related to sustainability and business ethics.

- The students understand the challenges in business development in multicultural organizations and can possess communication and cooperation skills required to succeed in multicultural working environment.

- The students have the ability to grow into professional and management positions in their chosen fields.

- The students are able to analyze and develop organizations coherently (technology, business, human resources) with an academic approach.

- The students learn to participate in societal debate related to management and business development.

- After completing the programme the students have the competency for continuous learning and scientific postgraduate studies.

- Students with technical background will study the minor Introduction to Management Studies. 

- Students with previous studies in Industrial Management will study a technical minor.
