Historical perspective to study on organizational behavior. Leadership as a concept from different perspectives, different kinds of organizations and structures and management and leadership in them. Organizational culture and its effect on leadership. Ethical challenges in leadership and leadership communication especially in organizational change. Basics on legal issues in work.
