  • Chemical reactions of inorganic ions. Balancing chemical equations. Qualitative inorganic analysis based on selective precipitation.
  • Principle and applications of titrimetric methods. Different types of titrations. Titration equipment.
  • Theory and applications of spectroscopic quantitative methods.
  • Theory and application of potentiometric methods.
  • Theory and application of gravimetric methods.

Starting lecture 3 hrs, qualitative part 3x7=21 hrs, quantitative labs 5x3=15 hrs. In addition 6 sets of lecture question sets in Moodle (about 20 hrs).
