Welcome on board to participate and know more about the content and trainings that Tampere Universities Teaching and Learning Centre, a.k.a. TLC, has to offer.    

TLC was founded to support Tampere Universities teaching staff in their daily work and offer a so called entrance way to pedagogical doing and development. TLC is a network that utilises the experiences, expertice and development work of all Tampere Universities members. So you are also part of TLC!   

During this week experts of the Tampere Universities guide as in their blogposts to view teaching practice from multiple perspectives. Each day during this week we will also highlight different pedagogical tools and support materials that are openly available in the TLC site.   

In the first blog post (in Finnish) of this theme week, Kirsi Saarinen shares inspiring experiences on how to develop the KiVi team’s feedback and evaluation practices through peer learning. 

Developing one’s own and the communities pedagogical practice is a continuous process and for that there are also many trainings you can attend to. Familiarise yourself for instance to the university pedafogy trainings or professional teacher education on the page Pedagogical education.
