After the course, the student is able to: - explain the methods and rationale of engineering of bacterial systems at DNA level. - apply modern bioengineering methods related to synthetic biology and metabolic engineering - design technically sound solution for cellular engineering tasks - thinks creatively and sees alternative solutions for bioengineering tasks
