Content of the course
Advanced topics in signal processing approaches to systems biology. Lectures cover recent publications and state-of-the-art methods in the fiels. Topics to be covered: data pre-processing and data analysis, modeling of the complex biological measurment processes, simulation and modeling of signaling pathways and larger networks in the cell, analysis and development of mathematical models.
