Course objectives
Developing an RF-ASIC for modern receiver or transmitter architectures.
Content of the course
Presentations and discussions concerning advanced topics related to the design, analysis and implementation of integrated RF circuits. It is recommended that the students continue toward writing the M.Sc. thesis immediately after the course.
Requirements
The electrical and physical design of a new RF-ASIC as a continuation of the PCB-version developed in Seminar I. Design review presentations and fulfilling specified measured performance of the developed RF-ASIC, and written report.
Literature
The materials will be given later depending on the RF-ASIC to be designed.
