Course objectives
Intermediate to advanced level knowledge of High-Frequency Filters.
Content of the course
Detailed review and further development of Filter Synthesis Methods at Very High Frequencies, and especially using Cascaded Biquads, Signal Flow Graphs, Gyrators, Passive filters, Coupled resonators etc. Transconductor Design. Tuning Methods. Approximation and Realization. Monolithic Filters.
Requirements
Completion of the exercise task, passing the design test on using the software tools and passing the written examination.
