Learning outcomes
- | After completing the study module, a student - is able to explain the operation principles of various microsensors, use microsensors in practical applications and knows the design princples of silicon microsensors - is able to explain the operation principles of various active material actuators, use and select actuators for practical applications and implement a controller for active material actuators - recognises the application potential and limitations of different microsystems - knows the roles of control system components and is able analyze typical control systems - is able to write written technical reports and scientific publications and give technical presentations in English - is able to start doctoral studies in microsystems |
