Requirements
The student must meet with the teacher one time at the beggining and end of the project. The student must enroll in the Moodle page and complete the tasks following the instructions. The student must be able to research indendependently with the guidance of the instructor.
Learning Outcomes
After doing the intercultural project work the student will be able to identigy strategies to enhance and/or find solutions to diverse challenges in the field of intercultural communication in specific cases or situations. Depending on the project the student will learn and apply topics that intend to enhance interactions and work among people from different cultural backgrounds. The student will be able to identify topics as: -Working culture -Third working culture -Communication and negotiation cultural patterns -Leadership styles as strategies to enhance work in multicultural environment, cultural differences, negotiation and leadership styles or promoting dialogue across cultures.
