Learning Outcomes

After the course student knows and understands the principles of transmission electron microscopy. She/he should have an idea on usability and suitability of TEM related methods in the materials research and be able to plan basic TEM mesurements. She/he also knows about the practical applications in which TEM and appropriate analysis methods can been used.
