Requirements
Presence at 15 seminars and submission of learning diaries from each attended lecture as well as presentation of own MSc thesis research plan or final thesis (15 min). One presentation is obligatory, but it is possible to givea second presentation which is is equal to 5 lectures and learning diaries. It is possible to make a learning diary from dissertations of Department of Chemistry and Bioengineering. It is possible to make learning diaries from other suitable events such as seminars etc. but this must be approved by the course responsible before attending the event. The attendances can be collected over period of two years, unless otherwise agreed with person responsible for the course. Student must notify the person responsible for the course when he/she has completed the course requirements.
Learning Outcomes
The student gets to know research developments within the research themes of the Department of Chemistry and Bioengineering and research themes of companies as well as research entities working in cooperation with the Department of Chemistry and Bioengineering. The student learns research methodology and gains experience in presenting own research.
Instructions for students on how to achieve the learning outcomes
