Description:
Group 1 The students will identify the most importanf elements that affect working dynamics in a multicultural workplace or abroad. The students will apply different strategies to enhance their performance getting to know different working and leadership styles among cultures and companies. The students will analyze the realities of an international working environment through real cases given by professionals in companies and students' own experiences . The students will work in an international environment and will do their final project in a multicultural team.
