Learning Outcomes

After finishing the course the student is able to recount the premises of packaging material and package development and progressive phases of the packaging development process. He/she is able to compare different material and package alternatives in relation to their technical and economic efficiency in the packaging process. The student is also able to interpret roles and meanings of different interest groups during the packaging development. The course includes a seminar work about packaging development in which the student will be able to apply what he/she has learned to a practical example.
