Description:
Management of Project Business course (only for students at Seinäjoki University of Applied Sciences). This course covers the central themes and practices in managing complex project business and engages students in solving practical problems in project-based management. The focus is on themes related to how projects are connected with their complex business environment, such as: Project-based management, project networks and partnerships, project portfolio and program management, uncertainty and risks in project business, and customers and services in project business.
