Learning Outcomes
This course familiarizes the students with the configuration of service offerings, design of service delivery systems, and organization and management of service systems in industrial firms. After participating in the course, the students will know the components of modern, successful industrial service systems, understand their design and coordination requirements, and are capable to analyze and utilize industrial service systems in companies’ business.
