Learning outcomes

Student is familar with the field of family research and knows the basic concepts.

Student understands the interrelationsships between individual, family, and society, family as an institution and local and consecutive changes in family life.

Student knows how to analyze the relationships within a family, the implications of family in a society and the relationship of family as regards to cultural factors and institutions.

Contents

Student is familiar with discussions and debates of theories and concepts of family in Social Sciences.
